Our Smart Sheets Ultimate lines have State-of-the-art technologies incorporated like e.g. direct drives on the high speed extruders, all automatic screen changers and other features like auto gap controls and multi-layer lamella feed blocks for up to 9 layers and more. Also the layout and line width is flexible to fulfill specific customer needs and ideas. Throughput rates and layer percentages are flexible and go up to 8,000 lbs/h and more on Off-Line equipment and 5,500 lbs/h on In-Line equipment. Typical raw materials on these lines are PET, PP and PS.
