Optical Sheet

Optical Sheet is a versatile product used in the production of, for example, monitors and lamp reflectors. It is a very thin-walled and transparent material made of various plastics such as PETG, PMMA, HIPS, PP and ABS. Optical Sheet can also be made from exotic materials, depending on the customer's needs and requirements.
Special die designs and a special roll surface on the roll stack are important features to ensure excellent quality of the Optical Sheet. The production of the Optical Sheet also requires paying special attention to the surface treatment and mechanical properties to ensure that the material meets the requirements of the final products.
During production, the auxiliary equipment down-stream all works together to ensure a scratch free surface, guaranteeing the Optical Sheet is of excellent quality. After the finished products are trimmed, special technologies are used to apply the protective film unwinding to protect the material from scratches and damage.
There is also a separation between the production area and the clean room to minimize the amount of dirt in production. Flakes or chips are transported away securely to optimize the production of the Optical Sheet and ensure continuous production.
Overall, the Optical Sheet is an important component in the production of various products. It provides excellent transparency and durability to meet the requirements of the final products. Thanks to the special technologies and materials, the Optical Sheet can be used in various applications and achieve excellent performance.
